Hendrix Rods Pro Staffer Les Kennedy along with partner Trevor Romans have been crowned "Anglers of The Year" by Bass Champs for the 2009 Central Region. The team of Kennedy/Romans placed in the top 20 of every event in 2009 and also cashed a check at every team event in the central region. Kennedy/Romans are also leading the AOY race in the North Division of Bass Champs!

Hendrix Rods would like to formally announce the addition of Bill Wilcox to the ELITE Staff. Bill brings to the team an enormous amount of knowledge, skill and talent and is one of the most well known anglers in the state.
Bill is also the host of the Honey Hole All Outdoors TV show, which airs on KDFI 27 on Saturday mornings at 6:30a.m.
Along with the addition of Mr. Wilcox to the Hendrix Team, Hendrix Rods is now the official ROD sponsor of Honey Hole All Outdoors.

Hendrix Elite Staff members James Biggs and Leslie Kennedy dominated the field at Eagle Mountain with a 5 fish limit weighing in at 17.89 lbs. Under some very tough conditions, the team of Biggs & Kennedy topped the field of 52 teams on a cold and very windy day. Most of the fish caught came on either jigs or spinnerbaits in 2-6 feet of water.

2009 is upon us! Here at Hendrix Rods we have been working diligently all winter and have added a whole new arsenal of rods to our line-up. We will soon have the new IM10 rods available online and in store at Fun N Sun, Hurst location.
We would like to take this time to formally introduce James Biggs as the new pro-staff director. James brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the Hendrix team and will be an intricate part of the success of our company in the future.

Leslie Kennedy & Trevor Romans take 2nd @ Bass Champs!
Hendrix Rods Pro Leslie Kennedy and partner Trevor Romans fished the Bass Champs Championship held on Eagle Mountain Lake October 18th & 19th and finished in 2nd place overall! Leslie and Trevor brought in a healthy 5 fish sack weighing 14 lbs 10 ounces on Saturday, followed up on Sunday by a 5 fish sack weighing 14 lbs 74 ounces for a 2 day total of 28.84 and a grand total of $20,000!
Hendrix Rods team members Joe Smith and "Coach" Alan Perrinn finished in 28th place overall with 12.32 for the 2 day event!
